     Today, we're learned on Sunday. In this day, Dr'Usa gave us make up class. When Dr'Usa came to the room, she check attendance. Next, she gave us check homework with our partner. After that, she answered all exercise of homework. Then, she gave us find main idea and comparison & contrast all of the text. The last one, she gave us write answer of the last exercise on our blog. In this period, I find easy is find comparison & contrast in many text. Because I find keyword vocabulary before come to class.

     Today we're test for midterm. In this midterm test, I thought it not difficult but not easy. When we test finish, Dr'Usa opened slide powerpoint for us to learn about comparison and contrast. The slide, that Dr'Usa opened, is a picture of apple & orange.

     Then, she gave us find comparison & contrast of it with our partner like shape color etc. Next, Dr'Usa wrote word that is "Chiangmai and Bangkok" on a whiteboard. We're find similarities & differences and wrote on the whiteboard. It has province & air. Next, she gave us a sheet for us. After that, she gave us find main point on the text.  she gave assignment for us. In this period, I find easy is find many comparison and contrast of example that Dr'Usa gave. 

week 7 : procedure

     This time is the first after week of midterm test.Dr'Usa came to the room. She told us about specification of Kylie and cooking video. Next, we are started the new lesson that is procedure by opened Powerpoint  about how to use...? Then she gave us answer such as what do you use "how to use"?, what do you use "how to make"? etc.

       After Dr'Usa gave worksheet us and taught together organisation of this lesson for us. She taught together with example each topic. Next, she gave us watch cooking video in youtube. It's make us understand about dialog of each type. When we finished, Dr' Usa answered it together with us. Today, I'm learned about tourist attractions ,  found popular places in many counties for description and wrote spider web , saw the pictures many architecture in Europe and explained by Dr'Usa.

- Wrote on the board about "tourist attractions in Prague" such as Old Town Square ...

- Wrote on the board about popular many places in Budapest.

- Saw picture and ask question such as "Where is Buda Castle ?" by Dr'Usa.

- Wrote in my group about popular places in Paris and description in paper , last hour send for Dr'Usa.

     Today,I'm test on 08.30-09.30 A.M. about Secret and wrote on the sheets 200 words.It so hard but I'm tried and take a break 10 minutes. Dr'Usa is taught how to wrote spider web for easy to learned I'm very funny.

- Wrote spider web on the board about divide Komodo Dragon like : diet , size ...

-Dr'Usa is showed picture and asked "Where is Budapest" ???

Taiwan earthquake: Man rescued but scores are missing

Rescuers pulled 20-year-old Huang Kuang-wei out alive after more than a day/AFP

Rescuers have pulled a 20-year-old man from the rubble of an apartment block more than a day after it was destroyed by an earthquake in the Taiwanese city of Tainan.

Taiwanese TV showed Huang Kuang-wei being rescued alive to cheers from his family and emergency workers.

At least 124 people are missing after the collapse of the 17-storey block during Saturday's quake, officials say.

At least 20 people are now confirmed dead after the magnitude 6.4 tremor.

Tainan Mayor Lai Ching-te said many of the missing were buried deep inside the ruins of the apartment block.

The building is one of several in Tainan city that collapsed during the quake.

Among the dead was a newborn baby. Nearly 500 people were injured, at least 92 of whom remain in hospital.

President Ma Ying-jeou promised an "all-out effort" to rescue people.

There were also at least five aftershocks. The quake was felt in the capital Taipei, 300km away.

Taiwan lies near the junction of two tectonic plates and often sees tremors.

China has offered assistance although at the moment at least, given the relatively limited scale of the disaster, it does not look as if much outside help is needed, the BBC's John Sudworth reports from Beijing.

Back in 1999, when a 7.6 magnitude quake killed more than 2,300 people in central Taiwan, a similar offer of help from the mainland became embroiled in political wrangling, with Taiwan accusing China of exploiting the situation for its own political ends, our correspondent adds.

                    This day is 4th of this course. This morning, the weather is cooler than several day ago. It has windy. It makes we wear coat. In this period, we started study by my instructor gave us do speaking activity that what did you study last week? And talked summary that our know about part 1 of Secret by Tim Winton. After that, my instructor gave us read part 2 of Secret by Tim Winton. Then, she gave us discuss part 2 of Secret by Tim Winton with our partner. Next, She gave us check answer part 2 of Secret by Tim Winton together with her. And the last one, she answer exercise part 2 of secret by Tim Winton. In this period, I find difficult is unknow some vocabulary. My solve a problem is use dictionary and listen my instructor cursory translate. My attitude of this period is fun because it is story that I can imagine.   

This is the summarize of part 1 

                Kylie feels left out from her mother and Philip's activities. She becomes interested in the chickens in the yard. Somehow her secret helps her to feel less lonely. She finds a second egg and then find out where other are being laid by an unhealthy-looking hen. She added another egg to the nest. Kylie felt left out of family. She feel misses her father.

This is the summarize of part 2

                Kylie watches the hen sitting on ten eggs. She takes the lid off the well. She starts to go down the well with her photo album every day. She watches Philip and her mother and wonders why her father is hot with them. Philip discovers her in the well and hit her. Kylie throws the it down the well. She chooses one special photo which makes her feel good. Kylie cut off her head from the special photo and throws it away.

Here are some sentences about the three people in this story.

    - I feel sorry for Kylie because she doesn't left with her father and she lonely.

Kylie's mother

    - I dislike Kylie's mother because she loves new husband more than her daughter.

    - I disapprove of Philip because he always shout&hit Kylie.

Zika: Olympics plans announced by Rio authorities

Babies born with abnormally small heads may face lifelong difficulties./AP

The Rio de Janeiro authorities have announced plans to prevent the spread of the Zika virus during the Olympic Games later this year.

           An outbreak of the mosquito-borne disease - which is being linked to severe birth defects - has caused growing concern in Brazil and abroad.

Inspections of Olympic facilities will begin four months before the Games to get rid of mosquito breeding grounds.Daily sweeps will also take place during the Games.But fumigation would only be an option on a case-by-case basis because of concerns for the health of the athletes and visitors.

          The Brazilian health ministry says it is also banking on the fact that the Games are taking place in the cooler, drier month of August when mosquitoes are far less evident and there are considerably less cases of mosquito-borne virus.

           The announcement by the Rio authorities comes amidst growing attention around the world over the large number of cases of Zika in the Americas.

Brazil has the largest-known outbreak of the virus which has been linked to a spike in birth defects in new-born babies whose mothers were bitten by the mosquito during pregnancy.

            The US, Canada and EU health agencies have issued warnings saying pregnant women should avoid travelling to Brazil and other countries in the Americas which have registered cases of Zika.
